The Chinese handset manufacturer Vivo has launched the Vivo Z1 Lite, considered to be the toned down version of the previously launched Vivo Z1 today in its hometown China. In terms of design, Vivo Z1 Lite looks identical to Vivo Z1 but the midranger skips some key features to achieve the price cut.
Comparatively Vivo Z1 was launched with a Snapdragon 660 processor while the Z1 lite is powered by slightly less Snapdragon 626 SoC, coupled with Adreno 506 GPU to take care of all the graphics.
The smartphone bears a elongated 6.25-inch IPS LCD display panel with a notch up top, and comes with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and offering a screen resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. The Vivo Z1 Lite runs Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box with FunTouch OS 4.5 skin on top, and is available in lone storage variant of 4GB of RAM and 32GB onboard storage, expandable via microSD card slot.
